1. Program Description
FieldCommandCenter, operated by TriWebix LLC ("we", "us"), provides text-message notifications to users of the FieldCommandCenter farm management platform and the FieldScouter companion mobile app. Messages are sent in connection with the following programs you may opt in to:
- Crop Radar™ Alerts — weather, spray-window, frost-risk, growing-degree-day, and pest-pressure alerts for your fields.
- Spray-Window Reminders — daily and tomorrow-look-ahead alerts identifying acceptable application windows.
- Team Invitations — one-time text messages containing a join code, sent when an owner or manager invites you to a farm.
- Account & Billing Notifications — service-related notices such as trial-ending reminders, failed-payment alerts, and password-reset codes.
- Scout Activity — alerts when a scout report or field observation is submitted to a farm you belong to.
2. How to Opt In
You opt in to SMS messages by providing your mobile phone number inside FieldCommandCenter and explicitly enabling text-message delivery for a given alert category. You may also opt in by accepting a text-message invitation to join a farm. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from FieldCommandCenter at the number you provided. Consent to receive text-message marketing is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on the alerts you have enabled and the activity on your farm. Typical users receive 1–10 messages per week. Heavy-alert users (multiple farms, multiple alert types enabled during growing season) may receive more. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for each text message sent or received. Check with your carrier for details. FieldCommandCenter does not charge you to receive text messages, but we are not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
5. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send the word STOP, we will send you one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign in to FieldCommandCenter and re-enable text delivery for the alerts you want, or reply START to any prior message thread.
You may also disable text delivery for any individual alert category by signing in to FieldCommandCenter and turning off SMS for that alert in your notification settings, or by removing your phone number from your account profile.

7. Supported Carriers
The SMS service is available on most major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile, and Google Voice, as well as many smaller carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator and is outside of our control.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to opt in to the SMS service. By opting in, you represent and warrant that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile phone number you provide, or that you have permission from the subscriber or customary user of that number to enroll it in the SMS service.
9. International Messages
The SMS service is currently intended for use within the United States. We may not be able to deliver text messages to mobile phone numbers outside of the United States, and any international message and data rates from your carrier will apply.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may modify or cancel the SMS service or any of its features at any time without notice. If we materially change these SMS & Messaging Terms, we will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the SMS service after the update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.
11. Privacy
Your mobile phone number, consent record, and any data exchanged through the SMS service are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number to third parties. Mobile information you provide for the purpose of receiving text messages from FieldCommandCenter will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors (Twilio, in the case of message delivery) is limited to what is necessary to provide the SMS service.
